LAGO was founded by Marshall Gobuty and Florian Lanz in 2003 with the mission to source extraordinary deal opportunities off the market, execute transactions, and co-invest in the sourced transactions in order to guarantee a full commitment. LAGO seeks real estate related investment opportunitues where we invest ahead of industrial money, acquire assets prior to stabalization, and control key assets and critical mass. LAGO has established a network of private and institutional investors with the necessary financial strength to execute a transaction in a short period of time.
