Aleenta at Natai beach (Phuket, Thailand) is fast becoming the region's "Hamptons". LAGO is developing in co-operation with Aleenta Resorts & Spa 10 beautiful ocean front villas.
The area's biggest drawcard is the absolute ocean frontage with at least 65 luxury homes built or under construction with steps leading directly to the beach. Interesting new properties include Branko's ultra sleek 22,000 sq. ft. bachelor pad with 130m oceanfront and two golf holes, and the planned 50,000 sq. ft. residence for a Hong Kong-based businessman that has a 100m pool and is set amidst 10 acres of landscaped gardens. LAGOinvest Florida partnership LLC as development company for Village Green was founded in 2004. It’s President and Managing Partner, Scott Clark, is a highly experienced real estate developer in the Florida market. The development enhances 142 single family homes with an average size of approximately 2,200 sft. Construction start is planned for the second quarter of 2006.
Planned amenities include a walking trail along the project's perimeter for all Village Green residents, a gated entrance, private roads and extensive landscaping chosen with the help of current residents. The Development will be priced in the mid 400's.

In 2005, LAGOinvest acquired a 24 acre piece of land directly at the Caloosahatchee river in Fort Myers, Florida. The uniqueness of the property is the direct access to the waterfront at four different sides.
The Fort Meyers area continues to be one of the hottest markets in the USA. Sales have been strong in all areas of the market including golf and waterfront properties. After the development work of the project, LAGO sold the development to a house builder group.

LAGOinvest GmbH, based in Berlin Germany, is the shareholder of GOAL Service GmbH (formerly LAGO service) and its subsidiary GOAL Construction GmbH.
GOAL Service GmbH is a property management company managing currently approximately 3,000 units.
GOAL Service is also acting as sourcing advisor for international investment funds.
GOAL Construction GmbH is a total services construction company with currently two developments under management.
