Seasons at Village Green - Overview
LAGOinvest Florida Partnership LLC was formed in 2004 under the leadership of LAGO President and Managing Partner Scott Clark, with a rich 25-year history in home-building and property-development. The company has initiated several projects in the Florida market, most notable being Seasons at Village Green: in 2005, LAGO purchased 42.5 acres of an existing golf course and developed the property into an elite gated community featuring 142 single family homes (average size of approximately 2,200 sq ft) with a range of amenities exclusive to Village Green residents.
